He uses soft tissue techniques such as myofascial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and transverse friction massage in combination with chiropractic adjusting to provide relief from both chronic and acute injuries. In office, he uses chiropractic adjusting, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial release, transverse friction, and muscle facilitation techniques that aid in his patients’ rehabilitation. Also, he gives his patients the self-help tools for outside the office, including: strengthening regimens, proprioceptive training, stretching exercises, and ergonomic training that will speed his patients’ recoveries and prevent future re-injury.
